You may cancel the order for whatever reason within 7 working days after the receipt of your item, please let us know by an Email csupport@giftagift.co.uk that if we can replace the item or a substitute would be appropriate or else you decided to cancel the order and would like to return the item. We will refund your money in full as soon as we received the item. You may cancel your item,if you wish so, at any time after ordering and before making the payment in full, or before dispatching the item, whatever occurs first. It is because we dispatch items using the very next available delivery slot once the fund has been cleared to our account. Please let us know at any stage you wish, we will do our best to help you most.
As soon as we received your Email of your intention, we will send you a confirmation of the receipt of your Email with a request to you to return the item. Please bear in mind that if the item is returning just because you have changed your mind, you may have to pay for the delivery cost. On the other hand, if the item is returning because of our mistakes such as wrong item, faulty goods or a substitute for which you haven’t been consulted with, in advance, etc. We will reimburse you for the delivery cost.
Please keep the receipt for the redelivery of the item you are returning. We appreciate your cooperation and apologize for any eventuality of this kind.
You may also notice that if we haven’t received the payment for the order within 7 working days from the day of order, we may cancel the order provided that you opted to pay by E-check.
In the event of a cheque payment option as your payment method, we may cancel the order if we haven’t received the cheque within 15 working days from the date of order.
