Payment Options

Please make your payment by any of the following methods that you feel comfort with:

1. Electronic payment (EFT), It is faster and secure:
You may pay by this method (E-check) by selecting on the electronic payment method option while proceeding to the checkout and enter your account number on the secured payment page and complete your order processing. You will receive 'order confirmation' notification from us and the order will be ready to be despatched.  Please click on the Email link to send an Email to us cpayment@giftagift.co.uk to get our bank details instantly (on a 24/7 basis) , or call us on the phone number provided ( ‘contact us’ ), for you to transfer the fund from your account to us. You may also Text us the word 'EFT Order Payment'  on 07818487749 to have our bank details if you have placed an order on our website.

As soon as the payment reached our account the item will be despatched to you within the very next delivery slot available (please read our Delivery section for more details). You can always check your order status by log in to your ‘my account’ area once you are registered.

IMPORTANT: Please only use the above link to request for our bank details IF YOU ALREADY HAVE PLACED AN ORDER ON OUR WEBSITE. ANY MISUSE OF OUR BANK DETAILS WILL RISK A CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION AGAINST YOU. 

2. By cheque:
You may pay by this method by choosing the cheque option and proceed to complete your order as usual at the secure payment page. Please make your cheque payable to Gift A Gift.co.uk and post it to the ‘contact us’ address provided. We will despatch your item as soon as the cheque has been cleared. You can always check your order status by log in to your ‘my account’ area once you are registered.

Important:
1. Please notice that the `order confirmation` Email is not an acceptance of your offer, and as such, there is no guarantee that the item will be despatched to you unless the payment has been received in full.
2. Please also notice that we are currently delivering items to UK addresses only, hence, would like to receive payments from your UK registered Bank accounts. Any refund or charge back events, we can only transfer the fund to the bank account from which you made the payment. We apologize for any inconvenience this might have resulted.
None of these conditions will have an effect on your statutory rights.
